Kashif has an extensive senior healthcare management experience from reputable healthcare establishments across the world spanning over 15 years.
After his MBA in Healthcare Management from a London University, Kashif worked for over a decade in the UK National Health Service (NHS) at a senior level including the world’s prestigious Cambridge University Hospital (CUH) Trust. He has a successful track of hospital management and clinical service configuration as well as workforce planning and system integration. His interest in digital health is to explore and develop new methodologies and approach for a broad range of healthcare challenges in diagnosis of diseases, to managing population health and treatment.
In Pakistan, Kashif has worked on various healthcare system strengthening projects in KP and Sindh provinces. He was part of the expert team which led development of Service Delivery Standards for the Healthcare Commissions as well coordinated disaster planning. He also taught MBA students at local universities in Lahore.
Kashif joined SDSB as the Executive in Residence (Healthcare Management) in 2020.
