UXPakistan is a not-for-profit community and forum that brings together thinkers from various fields – designers, developers, business leaders, architects, artists, craftsmen, end-users, and more – on a single platform to share, collaborate, learn, and educate. The goal is to empower all participants to become the creators of tomorrow. From its humble beginnings as a student-led initiative, UXPakistan has grown into Pakistan’s largest UX conference, with LUMS at the heart of it all.
This year’s theme, Design for Social Impact, focuses on how design can be used to address pressing real-world challenges in areas such as education, healthcare, sustainability, and equity. The event will feature TED-style talks from leading voices in UX, HCI, design thinking, civic tech, and inclusive innovation, along with hands-on workshops covering topics like design research, service design, accessibility, UX writing, and systems thinking. Attendees can also look forward to panel discussions exploring themes such as design leadership, ethics, and the role of technology in civic life.
Registration details: Group discounts and sponsored passes for partner organisations are available upon request. To register or inquire about team passes, please click here or contact us at uxpakistan@gmail.com. You can also connect with us on Instagram at @uxpakistan.
A special invitation: We warmly invite your organisation to nominate senior leaders to join us as special guests. The Conference Dinner, taking place on April 20 at 6:45 pm at the LUMS Executive Dining Hall, offers a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow leaders in the tech and design space.
To help foster ongoing connections beyond the event, we’ve also created WhatsApp communities for Design for Pakistan, UXPakistan, and local design groups. You can join the conversation here.
Stay tuned for updates, and get ready for a weekend of inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, and impactful conversations as we return to our roots!
